Who We Are
Flip Investments is a boutique property development company partnering with property owners through a joint venture model to renovate and sell homes with less stress and stronger financial outcomes.
The business is led by Ben Collins, who brings over 23 years of experience across the building and construction industry. Ben began his career as a qualified carpenter, gaining hands-on experience across residential renovations before progressing into site management roles, overseeing projects from planning through to completion.
In 2016, Ben founded BMC Construction Group Pty Ltd, now a fully licensed and well-established building and carpentry contractor operating across Sydney.
Flip Investments was established in 2023 to offer property owners a smarter alternative to selling or renovating alone. Through expert renovation management, full project funding, and a fair joint venture structure, we reduce pressure, remove upfront financial burden, and work alongside owners to maximise the resale value of their property.

What We Do
Flip Investments works in partnership with property owners to renovate and sell residential properties through a joint venture model. We manage the entire design, renovation, and resale process — from feasibility and planning through to construction, styling, and sale — allowing owners to benefit from a professionally managed project without the financial or operational burden of doing it alone.
Our model is simple and transparent. We fund the renovation, manage the build through our licensed construction team, and work alongside owners and trusted industry professionals to make informed decisions at every stage. Profits are shared fairly upon sale, aligning interests and outcomes.
This approach is well suited to owners whose homes require renovation prior to sale, including owner-occupiers, downsizers, and deceased estates
