Who We Are
Flip Investments is a boutique property development company partnering with property owners through a joint venture model to renovate and sell homes with less stress, no upfront renovation cost, and stronger financial outcomes.
Led by Ben Collins, Founder and Director, Flip Investments brings together over 23 years of building experience, licensed construction capability and a practical understanding of how to unlock value in residential property.
Ben founded BMC Construction Group Pty Ltd in 2016, a fully licensed building contractor operating across Sydney. Today, that construction experience also supports Park Lane Renovations, which provides the renovation, carpentry and building expertise behind our projects.
Flip Investments was established in 2023 to offer property owners a smarter alternative to selling “as is” or renovating alone. We manage the process with care, clarity and structure — from feasibility through to renovation and sale.

What We Do
Flip Investments works in partnership with property owners to renovate and sell residential homes through a fair joint venture model.
We fund the renovation, manage the build, coordinate trusted industry professionals and guide the project from feasibility through to sale. This allows owners to benefit from a professionally managed renovation without carrying the upfront financial or operational burden alone.
Our model is designed for properties that would benefit from renovation before sale, including owner-occupied homes, downsizers and deceased estates.
We approach each project as a partnership — with care, clarity and respect, particularly where a property sale follows a significant life transition.
