Flip Investments is a boutique Sydney property development company founded in 2023 by licensed builder Ben Collins.
With more than 23 years of construction experience, together with hands-on experience in property development and renovation for resale, Ben understands how to assess a property beyond the build itself.
From layout and functionality to finish, buyer expectations and market position, he identifies where renovation investment is most likely to add value and strengthen the eventual sale outcome.
We take on a limited number of projects, allowing us to remain closely involved, make clear commercial decisions and build genuine partnerships with property owners.
Flip Investments partners with owners of suitable Sydney properties to fund and manage strategic renovations before sale through a formal joint venture.
We assess the opportunity, agree the renovation scope and commercial terms, fund the approved works and manage construction through to completion. We also work alongside the appointed agent and relevant property professionals to prepare the property for market and guide the project through to settlement.
Our model may suit owner-occupiers, downsizers, investors and executors of deceased estates who do not want to fund or manage a renovation alone. Where a sale follows a significant life transition, we provide clear communication, discretion and a structured process from the outset.
